Life is a journey, not a race.
About a year ago, I thought I would become a PhD in computer science by the age of 28 (LMAO), based on others' perspectives. However, I decided not to follow that path after realizing it didn't align with who I am today. Achieving that goal would require sacrificing many other important things, like family finances, love, and the unique experiences I truly desire.
Some people graduate, start families, and establish their careers early, while others choose to pursue their studies later, marry later, or even follow their passions at ages that society deems “too late” or “too early.” But the question arises: "Late or early compared to whom, and in relation to what?"
I often wonder whether my decisions truly reflect my current self, if I have enough experience, how my choices affect others, and whether this is the right time for me. Instead of worrying about things I haven’t accomplished yet, I aim to live more responsibly and make the most of my time.
Life is a journey, not a race. There’s no such thing as living too early or too late; it’s about living in a way that feels right and fulfilling for each individual.
As for me, even though I'm currently in a different job and feeling somewhat stagnant in the field of artificial intelligence that I am pursuing, I’m still learning something exciting: Power Automate to enhance my work efficiency.
